Refund Policy
Effective date: May 5, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of paid cursor packs, premium features, or other digital content offered through Cursor Craft.
1. Digital Products
Our products are digital items. Once purchased, paid cursor packs or digital features may be delivered immediately through the app.
2. Free Cursor Packs
Free cursor packs are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund eligibility
Yes. You can receive a 100% refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- You accidentally purchased a cursor set, or the cursor set is not working properly.
- Your refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

Where applicable law gives you stronger rights (for example, faulty digital content or remedies required by consumer protection rules), those rights remain in addition to this policy.
4. Requests outside this policy
Unless required by law, we generally cannot approve refunds when:
- Your request does not meet both conditions in Section 3 (including requests sent after the 48-hour window).
- You changed your mind after purchasing when the purchase was intentional and the content works as described.
- The issue is caused by an unsupported macOS version or device that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
- You violated our Terms of Service.
- We detect excessive use, abuse, or repeated refund requests intended to circumvent paid access.
5. EU / EEA / UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
However, for digital content supplied immediately, you may lose your withdrawal right once delivery begins if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right.
Where applicable, we will ask for this consent and acknowledgement during checkout or before digital content is delivered.
This does not affect your mandatory legal rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.
6. How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your email address used for the purchase;
- Order ID or transaction ID;
- Date of purchase;
- Name of the cursor pack or product;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Screenshots or error messages, if relevant.
7. Review Time
We aim to review refund requests within a few business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
8. Processing Time
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or app store. It may take several business days for the refund to appear.
9. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased through a third-party platform, such as the Apple App Store, refunds may be handled by that platform according to its own refund process and policies.
10. Chargebacks
Before starting a chargeback, please contact us at refund@cursor-craft.app so we can try to resolve the issue.
We may suspend access to paid content if a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back.
