Terms of Service

Effective date: May 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cursor Craft, a macOS application that allows users to browse, install, and use custom cursor images, including free and paid cursor packs.

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Cursor Craft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Provider

Cursor Craft is provided by:

Company / Developer: Ahad Birang

Email: support@cursor-craft.app
Website: https://cursor-craft.app

If no postal address is shown above, you may request our registered business or compliance contact details by emailing support@cursor-craft.app.

2. The Service

Cursor Craft lets users:

  • Browse cursor designs;
  • Use free cursor designs;
  • Purchase paid cursor packs or other digital content;
  • Apply supported cursor images on macOS, subject to system permissions and compatibility.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time.

3. Eligibility

Cursor Craft is not designed for, or directed at, children under 13.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or older if a higher minimum age applies where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account (for example, sign-in with Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

5. Purchases and Payments

Paid cursor packs and other paid features may be offered inside the app or through our website.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment service provider. Depending on your location and how checkout is presented, Paddle may act as the merchant of record for the payment, calculate and collect applicable taxes and duties, issue receipts or invoices, and handle certain payment-related notices.

When you pay through Paddle, their terms and privacy policy also apply to how your payment is processed:

  • [Purchaser terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms)
  • [Privacy policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy)

You authorize Paddle (and its payment partners, where applicable) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card number on our own systems.

Prices, taxes, and checkout

Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may depend on your billing location. Tax treatment follows the rules applied by Paddle (and applicable law) at the time of purchase.

Digital delivery

Paid digital content is supplied electronically after successful payment, through the app or as described at checkout. You are responsible for meeting any technical requirements (such as a compatible macOS version) disclosed before purchase.

6. Digital Content License

When you download or purchase cursor designs through the app, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those cursor designs for your personal use on your own devices.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share paid cursor files;
  • Copy cursor designs for commercial distribution;
  • Modify and sell cursor designs based on our content;
  • Remove copyright notices or ownership information;
  • Use the app or cursor files in a way that violates applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the app, cursor designs, branding, software, graphics, and related content remain owned by Ahad Birang or our licensors.

7. Free Content

We may offer some cursor designs for free. Free content may be changed, removed, or discontinued at any time.

8. User Content

If the app allows you to upload or import custom cursor files, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use those files.

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

9. macOS Permissions and Compatibility

The app may require macOS permissions to change cursor appearance, run helper features, or store settings locally.

Some features may not work on all versions of macOS, all devices, or all system configurations. We do not guarantee that every cursor design will work perfectly on every setup.

10. Acceptable Use

Cursor Craft offers lawful digital goods only (cursor packs and related digital content as described on our website). You must not use the service to purchase or distribute illegal goods, infringing materials, malware, or other products or services that violate applicable law or rules imposed by our payment providers.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where legally permitted;
  • Circumvent payment, licensing, or access controls;
  • Use the app to distribute malware or harmful files;
  • Interfere with the operation of the app or our systems;
  • Submit false payment information or abuse refunds or chargebacks;
  • Use the app in violation of applicable laws, sanctions, or export restrictions where they apply to you.

If a payment is disputed or reversed, we and Paddle may take reasonable steps permitted by law and contract—including suspending access to paid content pending resolution.

11. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features. Some features may require the latest version of the app.

12. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available at:

https://cursor-craft.app/refund

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under your local law.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at:

https://cursor-craft.app/privacy

14. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for payments (including Paddle), analytics, crash reporting, hosting, licensing, or customer support.

Those providers process personal data and operate under their own terms and privacy policies (including the Paddle links in Section 5). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

15. Disclaimer

The app and cursor content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every macOS version or device.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahad Birang will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or system issues resulting from use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or violate applicable law.

After termination, your license to use paid or free cursor content may end if termination results from a serious violation of these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
